AUSTIN CALLOWAY

 AUSTIN CALLOWAY was born in Maysville, Kentucky and raised on the farmlands of Iowa and Missouri. He studied costume design for stage, television and film at Otis/Parson's Art Institute in Los Angeles and is a self taught painter.

 

His work crosses a wide range of styles that continues to evolve and each piece is based on a personal story or emotion that he has lived, traveled, dreamed of or longed for. His creations are raw and close to the bone in passion and adventure.

 

His dreams and desires take him many places as he currently works on his next collection of paintings to debut in February 2015 under a new showing titled;  "Tumbling Dice."

 

Austin spends a great deal of time traveling and he calls Santa Fe, Provincetown and Palm Springs, his home.
